If you thought the Blue Cave tour was the only one worth seeing, you were wrong.
We present you our AFITAT TOUR, tailored from the beautiful locations on the island of Hvar and around it.
On the way out of Bol you will have the opportunity to see the Military Tunnel, the inheritance of World War II, as well as you will witness the long tradition of tuna farming stopping at a Tuna farm just couple of minutes from the Military Tunnel.
The Afitat Tour is designed to make the most of the day, not to waste it.
Next move and you are on your way to the Town of Hvar, which is close enough to feel the magic of driving in our comfortable speedboats without being long and exhausting.
Take advantage of the time in the town of Hvar for coffee or breakfast on one of the most beautiful waterfronts, or use that time to explore the sights around main square and definitely do not forget the famous defensive fortress Fortica on the hill of Hvar, which offers truly spectacular view on Pakleni Islands and old town.
After Hvar, wake up to the sea magic of Duga Bay where you have time to swim and enjoy sea activities.
We reserve the middle of the day for Starigrad, a place you should not miss by visiting the island of Hvar.
During your visit in Starigrad you have a chance to experience the true Mediterranean ambiance of stone houses in the streets of the old part of town, some of them are over 200 years old. Staying in the old part of Stari Grad will enable you to experience the Mediterranean as it once was in the true sense of the word.
The highlight of Starigrad will be the Castle of Petar Hektorović, our famous Renaissance poet.
Why is a visit to Tvrdalj (Castle) interesting?
By building Tvrdalj, Hektorović realized his idea of creating a microcosm – a small, closed world in which all God’s beings have space to live – fish, birds, plants and people. A walk through Tvrdalj that Petar Hektorović built throughout his life will take you back to some past times.
If hunger overcomes excitement, it’s time to sit in one of the local restaurants in Starigrad and try local dishes.
Interesting fact: Croatia’s greatest success on the world scale is the high position of Dalmatia on the scale of the best cuisines.
In the end you have a refreshment on the island of Zecevo, if you don’t like crowded beaches, this more isolated small island will be a revelation.
With the smell of the sea and a breath of afternoon breeze, take a break with an aperitif on board and some swimming time.
Return to Bol in the afternoon hours.
Besides the camera here are few items you may need to enjoy your time during excursion: bathing suites, towel, sunglasses, sun cream, warm sweater, hat, additional clothes to change.
